I can't get a good picture of it, but there is clearly a white worm inside one of my frogspawn's tubes coiled up. Small, maybe like 1 inch spread out but it's coiled up. Anyone know what it is? Should I cut off that tube from the rest of the head? The frogspawn is happy and growing otherwise though.

Also white bugs all over the frogspawn as well??

Google Feather duster tube and copepods.

deff not copepods or feather dusters.

The white bugs could be a type of copepod but I usually only see pods at night with lights off, not during the day like these.

The white worm looks like a tapeworm and it is inside one of the fleshy tubes of the frogspawn.

Do they look like this? If so they are Spirorbid Worms. Good filter feeders. Weird to choose to pick a place that isn't calcifying though.

Look up mesenterial filaments..... you may be seeing the “guts”......they can look worm like or sort of squiggly. Most of the time you would see them outside the coral.

Yup! Looks just like this

I’ll look into them - should I be concerned though?

I think I have these on the frag of one of my Galaxeas but no, it seems to be the mesenterial filaments

Totally normal. You’ll see them outside the coral if something is hurting the coral or sometimes when they eat.
