White worm looking thing appeared in my bounce mushrooms vertical.

We just got back from Reefstock a couple days ago with some nice frags and a couple bounce mushrooms. When I got home today I noticed what appears to be a worm in one of the mushrooms. Has anyone ever seen this, or have any ideas what it might be?

Probably its esophogus/anus (ours are connected at 2 different areas where as his is just one) showing through the puffed up mouth tissue.

So weird. The vehicle is now also elongated. I feel like maybe something hid during dipping and is now showing off.

So you are referring to the white threads on the side right? Not the bounce? If so, yes, I've experienced this very recently. I think they are like messenterial filaments, but I had them appear on the side of a rhodactis mushroom I bought recently and the mushroom was unhappy and then bleached and started to melt. I currently have it in full shade, but I'd maybe adjust where that one is, because I don't think it is happy if those are appearing on a rhodactis mushroom.
