White Worms

Today I see this type of worm in my marine tank.. It's good for tank or not?

Not a fan of the swimmers, but it does look like some kind of polychaete, which usually aren't harmful. As to Id I have no clue. @ISpeakForTheSeas might be able to, because this video is pretty clear.

It is pretty clear and a relatively distinctive-looking worm - unfortunately, I'm not sure what kind of polychaete it is, though, as it's an epitoke (the reproductive parts of the worm) and doesn't seem to have its head. Without the head, I'd need clear microscope pictures of its bristles to figure out the family.
