Whiteish patch on Blue Devil Damsel

Saw a lighter coloration patch on my Blue devil damsel today. Any ideas?

Those look like dislodged scales. Are there any other damselfish in with it? What other fish are in the tank?

No other Damsels.

Clowns are my suspects but observe for chasing and aggression and even at feeding time, set your cell phone on video mode for about 20 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.

Thank you! They do inhabit the same area. I do observe about 15 minutes during every feeding. Hadn't considered the observer effect for some reason. I'll do that. In the mean time is there anything I need to do to help the damsel in current condition? Ruby reef or stress guard or something?

Also keep an eye on the starry blenny.
Mine was like a bloody shark . Even used to attack my hand if I put it in the tank .

Assure the area does not become red and infected. If you catch the culprit, you may have to separate one or the other if behavior is continuous. If infected - Ruby rally pro which is tank safe or seachem neoplex in a separate tank

It does seem to be the clown fish. Although I just saw that it also looks like the Damsel is the aggressor
