Whitw pollups on live rock

I need help identifying something on my live rock. It almost looks like small rice sized pollups growing on my piece. Its covering the better part of one of my rocks but has not spread to my other rocks in the system. Did a quick search but didn't find much, im probably showing something super common but not using the right key words

Yup pineapple sponge. All good they do eventually go awa if tank is new -ish. However I do have a bunch in sump that don’t go away.
