Who’s got jellyfish?

People don’t usually think of jellyfish when they think of saltwater inverts, but that’s what makes them unique! I’ve been looking into getting a small jellyfish tank, from Jellyfish Warehouse specifically, for several months now but due to life circumstances I’ve not been able to get one yet. I’d love to see anyone’s jellyfish and what tank you have them in!

I keep upside down and moon jellies. I built my own kriesel tank for the moon's that I'm really happy with, not as pretty as the high dollar ones you can order.

In the bottom corners I siliconed in some quarter pieces of PVC.at the top theres a piece of acrylic with slots cut into it to separate the jellies from the out-take. A spraybar pumps water across the acrylic panel making sure none of them get stuck and creating a circular water flow that keeps them from the sides. The rest is just a sump that contains the filtration and the return pump.

Do the hydroids that I have that produce medusae count? Because I somehow seem to have a population of those....very pretty, but also annoying because of how much brine shrimp I feed....

I just received a live aquaria Jellyfish Kit JS2 Tubi Black.
I got it set up yesterday and am waiting for it to cycle to order the jellyfish that come with it.
Basically they send you the aquarium, 1 cup of salt, a cleaning sponge, a brine shrimp hatchery, some bio started and water prime to get it started. It was a bit complicated to put together as it came with no instructions but was able to figure it out. It appears to be made pretty well, and there seems to be a slow circular current inside. The Lights are pretty cool come with a remote and a lot of colors. The filter is pretty much just a large sponge, but I plan on adding some chemi-pur blue and some sort of bio material.
