The bobbit -_- If so, i'm waiting more confirmations and an advice for a trap!could they be. . . EUNICE WORMS!?!?!?
Ok so saw him/her in the night, it's definitely a worm living in a hole and letting hang its body in the flow to catch anything alive -_-'Mantis shrimp? How many are there? Cant tell much from pics
Where did you get your LR? I’ve had nothing but good experiences with LR…Ok so saw him/her in the night, it's definitely a worm living in a hole and letting hang its body in the flow to catch anything alive -_-'
It's the first time i don't use dry rock. I know why i prefered them now![]()
I had it from my LFS who has a pretty good reputation, and the LR are from Indonesian cultures. They are indeed full of sponges, asterinas and amphipods. But for the very few i've buy i feel very unlucky.Where did you get your LR? I’ve had nothing but good experiences with LR…
Who are they, WHERE are they? If they're in Paris, let's start the auction! Some people. . . Crazy people. . . Would pay good money for those worms!
I would recommend pulling the rock if you can and then find a way to get it out of the rock in an isolated environment.Seems like a Eunice worm, good luck!
Ok, catcha! Was pretty easy, he was out of the rock, and quite slow, i guess he was looking for food as my tank is totally empty. So we agree it was a bobbit? Or is it an innocent worm that i should let in the tank?I would recommend pulling the rock if you can and then find a way to get it out of the rock in an isolated environment.

Soooo def not a bobbit! But a scale one! Dang, i feel bad, i don't want to kill him but also he seems pretty hungry of anything alive.Worm Hitch Hikers

After what i've read i even got his scientific name : Harmothoe imbricata . Those ones are relatively short and slow, he was peacefully walking when i get him, i guess the days before he was only hidding, then today he decided to go for a hunt : bad choice sir!Is that what you think it looks like? Best to remove, IMO. Just wondering if you got it all? If you didn’t get all of it, I believe a majority of worms cut in half turns into 2 worms. I could be wrong.
From that looks your friend looks like a scale wormWorm Hitch Hikers

You could keep him in a tiny species only tank. He looks pretty coolAfter what i've read i even got his scientific name : Harmothoe imbricata . Yeah i'm gonna kill him. I'm just sad because he never decided to move from Indonesia to France lol.
Actually it's already a bowl lol. I'm running a 3.5 gallons bowl as i'm not sure i have the time enough for a bigger reef. You could keep him in a tiny species only tank. He looks pretty cool
