I have seen an unidentified anemone with orange base and clear speckled tentacles, but the mouth/area around the mouth is different than yours.
That said, I agree that it's not a ball nem (it doesn't have the ball-shaped tips on the tentacles); I can't say for sure on the coral ID guesses at this point (that's not a strong point of mine yet), but they don't seem completely unreasonable.
Personally, I'd probably pull this one off the coral and move it somewhere you can easily contain any spreading just in case, then see what it grows into/if it has a skeleton or not.

I have started to see these little anemones pop up, i dont think they are the standard aptasia… They have a foot that looks like a little mushroom when the tentacles are not fully extended. Any ideas? @vetteguy53081
