Okay so a few months ago I had the best idea ever! I wanted to propagate Rose Bubble Tip Anemones (RBTA) I scoured around for one I really liked and ended up with two really nice ones. Only one was of sufficient size to propagate. So I let it get all nice and settled in. Then I started feeding it and it was eating well. I decided it was time. Whack! Now I am in the game of RBTA propagation! How exciting! Both halves heal up nicely enough for me to want to upgrade the tank. So I setup a temporary tank and drill the nem tank get it all ready with a sump and extra filtration and one of the (now three) nems gets caught in the overflow teeth of my temp tank. So, I get all bummed about it and decide I will just let it happen when it happens....or will I.....

Time has gone by and i feel the need to do something different. I have done nem propagation, I have a nano tank, I have a healthy reef.... A FRAG TANK!! I run off to Lowes to get told egg crate is in 3 different isles. I finally find it and I am in on my way to a frag tank!

Does anyone else share my salty ADHD? I am not rushing through things, things I do are still up and running but it seems that once I have done something I want to move on to the next thing.

There isn't a single day that passes that I'm not doing something different with my tanks; moving tanks, adding on, setting up new ones just because I have the extra junk laying around. The other day I got the bright idea to go buy 180 lbs of live rock for no apparent reason now its packed in a 40breeder sitting in the middle of my bedroom floor.

HAHA This sounds just like me....at any given time I have 5 or 6 things going at once. Still trying to finish just 1!!

I try not to do something with the tank everyday. but as well experience, something always come up. I just try to stick to what has been working lately and that's the weekly water change/feeding of the BTA's. things seem to be happy, therefore, I'm happy too. :)

I think i enjoy the tank build more than actually having the tank. I've gone through 5 different displays (and soon to start on my 6th) I've had a frag tank, I'm working on a clownfish system (I'm have a clownfish addiction), I just set up a macro algae nano, and I have a tank that will one day be a seahorse tank. I also try to build everything I can my self from stands, cone skimmer, sumps, lights. So yeah, I hear ya.

I am always in the planning stages of a new tank or project. I have no space to add anything else in my apartment. :(
