Who feeds their LPS and what do you feed them?

I target feed Coral Frenzy twice per week.

had a hard time answering with either yes or no on this question. considering my colonies of dendros and balanos are lps, then yes I feed them all the time, but other than the non photosynthetic lps corals, I do not feed any of the rest.

I spot feed frozen brine shrimp or frozen squid or crushed up new life spectrum pellets.. my chalice eats about anything though.. seriously it's munching on red macroalgae it caught right now and I've seen it eat chaeto before as well..

Lps with mouths:
Duncan's, brains, candy canes, anything like that I apply this feeding regime to increase fluffiness.
Large headed Duncan's I will feed a clam on a half shell minus the shell. Mine will devour the entire thing and the head will grow twice the size after it digests food.
Smaller ones you can half.
This induced growths in all my Lps, and allowed more acceptance to smaller foods. Not variety but more food!!
Spot feeding is the best way to over feed and not waste but first you should get them hungry with a squirt of thawed food liquid. It gets am my corals ready, even my black sun coral.
Nps Lps are obviously not apart of the question but share a spot in the Lps family as well as aquariums.
True nps keepers are insane (in a great way)! A tank full of corals that need constant food must be pretty tedious. I've seen 5g jugs of chilled foods pumped into a tank @ 10ml per day!!! Skimmers rate for 1500g tanks on their 55g?!?! And ATS!? Automated daily water changes too...but I bet if you through a photosynthetic Lps in that type of environment it wouldn't know what to do. The thing would out grow the aquarium within a week haha.
I am designing an Lps grow out tank built around a feeding regime. It will be a small scale nps type setup that auto feeds but nowhere near the amount nps require.
Food i have fed my Lps:
Multiple planktons (frozen orange is their favorite)
Mysis (accepted by everyone unlike American Express).
Fresh hatched brine (aka crack)
Formula either 1 or 2 (first on accident then I realized they love the stuff)
Marine cuisine (also by a good mistake)
Coral frenzy maybe (never fed by itself so it may just make my skimmer nuts and not feed anything for all I know)
Phytoplankton
Microvert
Clams
Table shrimp
Partial silverside
Nutrient rich water (aka not that many water changes)
And pods I have seen walk on them and get swallowed.
Never had a coral eat my "pets" besides my umbrella mushroom. I believe he kills off every brackish type fish I have ever attempted.
But I agree that food is the best way to get the most fluff and growth. Lighting a close second. Flow just go with each corals natural environment. Some breath faster. Some like calm water.
Then water quality has to be considered once you are at the right feeding and light levels or you will have algae and cyano from the heavy poop taken by all the corals
