Who fixes light fixtures?

Does anyone here fix light fixtures or know someone in middle tennessee that does. I have no idea what the parts are called on my Current Nova t5 fixture, so i wont even begin to try lol.
I'll just say that 3 of the lights work and the other wont, and sometimes one light will turn on and off. I have to lightly shake the fixture to work. I will attach a few pics..

as you can tell, the white little bulb holster piece is missing. The guy that built this house was beginning to fix it, then got in a drunken accident in nashville. The man loved his beer..

Any Electrician should be able to tell you whats wrong and most likely fix it, From what you decribe it sounds like a short or a starter gone bad.

sounds like the ballast is going bad. Do any of the bulbs kinda flicker sometimes?

Also the piece missing is called the end cap

Yes one of them flickers on and off, i took the light to two different people and they didnt know what that part was called either lol, he told me to get some new ones and he will fix everything.

Also.. Do you guys know the exact kind of fans i can order to replace these loud ones? I cant enjoy the lit up aquarium with how loud this fixture is.. Please help me out. Im trying to get everything situated before i move for school on the 15th. Then my mom will take care of the easy stuff, water changes and feeding.

Any 3 inch cpu fan should work or you can go to marinedepot.com and they sell current usa fans for 30 bucks or so...kinda pricey but original for those units.....should be able to get retrofit parts also ( end caps)
