It depends on how you feed. I feed in different areas, the general fish, the 2 spot, and seaweed, not to mention the coral occasionally so a feeding door would not be much help for me.

I did mine and got a custom feed door cover when we get an autofeeder. But for the rest of the time I just lift the lid to feed or do water changes.

I think they are super clean looking, will be ordering one as soon as I get my tank in. Will he put the feed door anywhere? I like to put my food in right above my mp10 to spread the food out quickly.

I don't have any pics but mine fits like a glove. Very happy with the purchase. I ordered the feed door and very glad I did, makes feeding so much easier! Just give them @ 6 weeks to get it to you, they're very backed up.

I love mine as well....very happy I went with the feed door. The only downside to it is when you need to take the lid off.....a lot of water seems to come with it as it evaporates and holds to the bottom of the lid. I usually put a towel down and quickly flip it over. Make sure you double check all of your dimensions before placing the order.

I just got my second lid. First was for an IM M90 and I didn't get the feeder door...after a couple of days of having to remove the lid to feed frozen food I was wishing I did get it. Here's my 2nd lid for the new tank. Like someone mentioned about...fits like a glove. My tank was slightly off square. I took a bunch of measurements and sent in with my order...they built to the measurements.
