Who has nicrew 150? Need info please

I purchased a used nirew 150 off ebay and it came with an aftermarket power supply. I am unsure if the power supply is to small, or if I'm possibly doing something wrong, or if the unit is bad. The light is not getting as bright as it should be, the blues hardly light up at all on the highest setting.
I can't find a manual anywhere online for this thing and just hoping someone could tell me what size the factory power supply is or if there is something I'm doing g wrong.

Is it returnable? Those lights look pretty dim.

I think I figured out the problem. The power supply it came with was only 19v and its supposed to gbe 24v. I contacted the seller and he issued a partial return to cover the cost of a new power supply.
