Storm came thru and left a lot of us people with no power in its wake.
Thank God I have a generator. I am also under stocked so I can go 5-6 hours with the genny off while I'm at work.
How are you all coping?
Between the Corona and this storm I want a 2020 do - over!

My power is out too- Lamont says it might last through to the weekend. I also have a generator but it’s not supposed to be running as often as I’m letting it. Hopefully I can pick up a battery powered air stone at some store nearby at which point I’ll turn the generator off and let the 80 degree weather heat my tank and the air stone do the aeration.

I have power at my house but I have a tank at my in laws while I'm doing some remodeling and they have not power. They have my generator, run it during the day and shut it down at night. Upside it is also keeping their refrigerator going.

Saturday night, still no power . Definitely giving the genny a workout. Eversuck says I’ll have it back by 6 pm on Monday. Here’s hoping it’s sooner than that!

When you have a Reef tank not having a generator is like not using RO water. I was out 3 days in Old Saybrook, but my folks in Danbury are still out. Nearly a week now. Eversource really screwed up.

Lots of danbury hasn’t been touched yet, it’s crazy! EverSource had a better response for all of the other storms.

An emegerency automatic back power source should be part of every set up.
