Who here uses uv on their sps tanks?

I have a lifeguard 55w uv that was on my 300 reef which is now a fowlr. I'm thinking of putting it on my 60 cube anyone else run a uv?

I would not run a uv on my tank with sps it kills all the good things. Only a fish only tank for me.

I planned on only running a uv for two weeks after adding new fish, but now I just keep it on 24/7. I heard it can possibly reduce the spread of bacterial infections that can be introduced to the tank by new coral.
