Who is this Big fellow?

At first I thought tiger cucumber, but looking at it again not sure one would be on your rock work.

Its pretty big. Its about as big around as my little finger

I'm gonna agree with fire worm. You can see the "plates" along its length.

A close up of the head could be used to confirm if it's a bearded fireworm (hermodice carunculata) but if I were you I would definitely remove it.

Later in the day yesterday I found another on the same rock. They seem to like my Orange Mushroom. This one was quite a bit smaller. Took a pic of head. Is it a Bearded Fireworm, Hermodice carunculata? What do you think?

I'm pretty sure it is a bearded fireworm. In the first picture from in the tank I believe I can see the caruncle, but in the picture outside the tank I don't see it (but the picture may be the bottom of the worm). If it has an appendage, that looks like this picture, on its head then it's a Hermodice carunculata. I would remove it/them if I were you, they can eat coral.
