Who makes and feeds phytoplankton

I use phyto to culture rotifers and copepods to fortify clown fish and their fry.
I am always worried about running out of phyto and crashing my cultures.
I would love to know how to cheaply set up and culture the live phytoplankton myself. It seems like it would be very cost effective for me.
Can U email me the complete start up specifics and the maintenance of culturing the live phyto myself?

I am not a good plumbing diy, but love your bottles set up. Would U either tell me how to do that or make one and sell to me please. Of course with set up and running instructions?
By any chance please. Somehow adding 4 more bottles for 2 cultures each of rotifers and copepod cultures as well?
I believe I could do all cultures at once then fortify in one bottle alone 34 hours before feeding to reasy to spawn fish and fry.
