The biggest AIO I have seen are the 60/80/120 gallon Nuvo Fusion Pro Shallow Reef series by Innovative Marine.

Does anybody else make big AIO tanks?

I’m thinking of upgrading my IM Nuvo Fusion Pro 2 50 gallon but I really want to stick to the AIO design due to simplicity and cost (sumps and all the toys are expensive!). I’d like to see if there are other manufacturers doing anything similar.

I just ordered a custom AIO from Advanced Acrylics yesterday to replace my Nuvo Lagoon 50. Reach out to John and let him know what you want. He has some 48" and 60" long aio tanks pre-configured on his website too. I'm doing an extra large AIO section so I can use bigger, better equipment without having to use a sump. My dims are going to be 48" long, 30" wide and 17" high. The AIO section is 8" deep so the display area is roughly 48x22x17.

I’d love to hear more about this! Are you doing a build thread?

Oh for sure. Where else can I write down all my rantings? There will be a final post that will go up on my current build thread so all 4 people who watch it now will know where to find me next, LOL. I'll document everything, at least as much as I can remember to. There's a bit of a story about how the design came to be and what has been happening over the last year or so behind the scenes between me, a couple other forum members and a tank building company that I'm ultimately not using for this new build. I won't be naming names or bashing anybody, I got some cool stuff out of the relationship, and got to know some great people that I otherwise probably would not have interacted with on the forum, but it became clear that I had to go elsewhere to get what I wanted and that led me to Advanced Acrylics. The new tank is still about 6 weeks out and I need to get my act together on a stand so there's some work still to be done before I can think about starting a new build thread. I'm going to be using aluminum profiles for the stand and there's a learning curve for me there when it comes to all the bits and pieces necessary to build a proper stand. I don't know what I don't know.
