Who says derasa clams are ugly?

Picked up this guy today and it has quite the colors I think!

Pretty sure they grow until you can’t get them out of the tank!

No plans to supplement phyto, that is a very controversial topic on this forum tbh. This clam is 4 in or so so really doesn't need more than good water chemistry and lots of light.

I had one that was about 14 inches long. I think all big clams look awesome, colorful or not. That's a very nice derasa. Other than a Gigas, most clams won't outgrow a tank anymore than many other growing corals. Just remove some live rock as it grows--it literally does the same thing as LR.
