Who sells the best algae turf scrubber?

I just ordered one of these bad boys from 302 Aquatics. I've been following them on facebook for a while and they seem to be just what the doctor ordered. 12x20", 2 LED lights on each side. Set me back about $300.

Whats that top drain for?

It's a back up incase the bottom drain is clogged.
