I was just wondering who uses a liter meter? If you use one what do you think about it.

I have two - one for my 300 that controls my two part dosing and my top off and one for my 90 that just does my two part dosing - absolutely love them.

I do use kalk in my top off water - I think the liter meter works great for it, small even amounts 24/7.

I'm using it to do auto water change for a while now. Good stuff, just need to be calibrate every few months to make sure it take out/in at the same rate.

Btw what does kalk all dose?

Kalk is pretty effective at maintaining calcium and alkalinity levels in a tank that doesn't have a high demand. It really won't bring levels up though - so if you need to increase the levels you would have to 'dose' first with a two part. It also typically raises your ph. In my case, I can't get away with kalk alone, still have to dose 2 part but it was very helpful in increasing my ph level and decreasing the amount needed of the two part.
