I know it's been 6 weeks or so since you posted, but figured i'd give your thread a bump and my observation. I bought their ReefKit for a trial run, and dosed BioDigest, Bioptim, and Coral Vits as per the instructions, tho i didn't dose the Stronti+ nor the Iodi+ because I see no need for them, and didn't do the ReefBooster dose yet because i felt my nutrients were a little high and i've read you should not use that until you have undetectable/ULNS ( for the record, my PO4=.07 (Hannah), NO3 ~10 ( Salifert ). I tested right after a water change of 30%.
After 48 hours, PO4 sits at .03, and NO3 at ~5.
So, the early going is good, but it's way to early to say if long term it is worth it. However, In my excitement at the 50% reduction in nutrients over 48 hours, I did buy 7 months worth of it so that I could give it a fair evaluation.
My concern is that that is WAAAAAAY to fast to strip the water, but it is what it is now, no going back, I guess. I had no idea, nor concern that it would do it that fast, or I would have only dosed 1 vial instead of 2 of the components ( I run 100 net gallons )
I had a health situation in September and October that prevented me from water changes, and as a result, I recently battled a little algae uprising in my tank ( nothing major, thank god ), so I feel your pain. I was able to beat it down by the end of November without the Prodibio, but in my research on vodka dosing and the bacteria methods I became intrigued by Prodibio and Zeovit and the others and did the research and felt it was something I would try as a maintenance routine. Seems much more straightforward, and a 1/4 the yearly cost of Zeovit, for me, at least.
Do you still have the algae problem?
Did you go with Prodibio anyway?
