so its not really as it sounds like

I want to post a thread up about pumps in general and before i do so as not to step on any ones toes would like to know who is the best person to check it with me or for me?

its a case of not putting miss information in a tread and then coursing problems for new members or upsetting those with a better understanding than me.

so simply who is best to ask to read it and say if its correct or good enough for the forum's and what needs to be changed ?

posted here as it related to this section of the forums but can be moved if needed.

Could you clarify your question you're trying to ask? Are you asking for an engineer or someone with an expertise in pumps to review your question or did I misinterpret what you are trying to say?

Ok
To put it simply as I can ive done a post (on the basics in a pdf format) on pumps both return and Circulation and what to take into account when choosing them.

Rather than post misinformation I would like to get it checked by a someone with a better understanding than me.

So yes technical but for beginners but it includes flows though piping, plus and minus effects on efficiently issuse benefits of dc over ac ect.

A sort of how to choose the best one for your personal system setup if ones not supplied or advised

Hence the wanting it checked before I post it as really want it to be useful rather than incorrect and I couldn't find anything similar in the forum.

Its all about helping the new members and first time reefers choose the best for there indervidual needs.

And passing on what I learned in the process od setting my first reef tank up

Maybe I'm still misunderstanding the situation and if that's the case, I apologize for making you explain it so many times! It would seem to me that you would be able to post your information under the DIY forum or this exact forum and solicit advice. I think you'll find a lot of people have posted their designs for pumps, plumbing design, etc. and solicited feedback. This would also apply to questions such as pump efficiency, head loss, flow through return vs. overflow and specific reccomendations for your particular setup/budget.

The other way I read your message is that you are trying to make a document for others- a sort of "how to guide". Is that the case?

Yes that's the case its not for me but others its a how to guild for others to help them work out what pump is best for them

if you like ill send you a copy and you can see what I mean then :)

I'd be happy to review it and give my opinion, but I certainly would put it out there for much more qualified members! My plumbing knowledge base certainly isn't as strong as some of the real experts on the site!
