Who's stand build was it???????

Okay. I had seen a thread in the member tanks section and someone had built their own stand. It had lots of molding and a lip around it (which i believe said something about the beer resting spot) and had an interesting finish on the stand.
Can someone tell me whos thread this is... and what the link to it is.... ???
