Try to focus your camera on an object in front of what you are trying to take a picture of. You will be able to get a more clear shot. It kinda looks like flatworms. Did you add any coral or Live rock recently?

I'll try again. Havent added anything new for like 3 weeks. Tank is still somewhat new.

Are you talking about the snail? If so, that is a nassarius snail. It's a type of sand-sifting snail, it win't do any harm.
There is also the possibility that it could be a type of conch, but I'm betting on nassarius.
