whot is the high and low ends of a safe par level for LPS

Whot levels do you keep in your tanks!

I currently have 2 kessil x360x on my 75 gallon and i keep it at %70 intensity, i get about 150 PAR in the low rockwork and about 200 PAR in the upper parts. Depending on which coral you talking about they do fine in that range for me.

150-250 or so for my LPS, 250-350 for my tiny bit of SPS. My lights are very weak on PAR. That'll change this week when I get my new Photon V2+'s.

250-350 is plenty for sps tbh
