Why are my bio pellets turning red?

I think that your bio pellets reactor have a low flow.
Pls if possible get video for better discussion.

I can't seem to download a video,but the pellet are tumbling just not all that much,only have a quit one 1200 pump at 296 gph

Should I try a bigger pump?do I throw away these pellets and start with new ones?

More flow, I would think about tossing those as I think it's a bacteria growing in there.
