Why are my Bounce mushroom dying?

have 2 WWC OMG Bounce Mushrooms both out of nowhere show signs of stress and I have not been able to find out the reason. I don't want to loose them. All my water parameters are normal. Any ideas?

I already perform 100% water change by doing 3 water changes within 5 days.

ALK 9.5
Calcium 450
Magnesium 1400
Phosphate 0
Nitrates 1 PPM
Temp 78
No additions (coral or fish) within the last 2 years.

All of my parameters are normal.... number one thing said before getting asked to post all parameters. Shortly after we can actually help lol.

To really help with any coral situation there are a few things that should be included. All current parameters are #1. Salinity, temp, nitrate, phosphate, alkalinity, calcium and magnesium. Bonus points for Ph. Lighting used, and schedule. Lastly since you're a new member is to know how long the tank had been set up for. While coral can survive in new tanks, usually don't thrive and grow until matured a bit. By not including any of these and saying everything is good, you're asking us to throw darts at a board until something sticks.

Current parameters are a good start. Do you know any of the historic values or ranges for them on your tank.

I notice you also modified your post to say no additions coral or fish for 2 years.

I assmume that to mean the tank has been going well up to this point and that the tank is >2 years old.

Have you made any changes to the system lately outside of stocking?

don’t know of many reefers who keep their shrooms in a tank with that low of no3/po4

on Sunday morning 8 days ago I notice both mushrooms shrunk and looking pretty bad. I took them to a local fish store where they open up and came back to normal during that week from Sunday to Friday I preformed 3 water changes of 50 gallons each. (Tropic Marin Pro Reef and R/O water). on Friday (last Friday I went to pick them up and they look happy in my tank until this afternoon that both start curling again and shrinking. I have torches, palys, zoos, bubble coral, Blastomusa, yumas, clam, bubbletip anemone, cynarina, all shoes no sign on stress. I have been in front of the tank the whole day and no fish or shrimp has touch the mushrooms. One mushroom is aprox 8inches in diameter the other around 2 I have not change any equipment or make any change. One thing important to mention is that a year ago I had some purple mushrooms and a jawbreaker which died for no reason. Whatever it is seems to be targeting mushrooms more than any other coral.

What test kits are you using to test your parameters?

Have your PO4 and NO3 always been that low or is that a newer development?

The first thing on your parameters that strike me is the no3/po4. My mushrooms get ticked nitrates South of 20.

I don't mean to distract from the troubleshooting at hand, but wow, that is a stunning and well photographed coral.

I don't have a bounce maybe someone else with one could further reinforce this, but my mushrooms do occasionally close up and form a sort of cup shape, I haven't had any ever die though when I've noticed them doing that. It comes and goes and they still grow like crazy.

What does it look like now that makes you worried?

Is everything else in the tank happy? If so then changing water parameters seems counterproductive, no? What is the light and flow where they are? Do you have a PAR meter?

What does it look like now that makes you worried?

Yes I agree, if nothing else is unhappy I would not panic. Mushrooms will close up day to day, sometimes for weeks for me and I'd know because one of my tanks is literally full of them.
