Why cant I start a post on certain forums?

In which forum? If it's a selling forum, you have to have a certain number of meaningful posts before you get permission for that.

Yes it was the selling forum.

Get a minumum of 50 meaning full post and you are ready to roll.
Good way to get this is start a build thread from your tank.
