Basically you send water in not to sure of cost and they will send you the breakdown of your water

I don't use RO water, but I'm on a well and my water is treated, there is no chlorine.

If you have a Walmart local to you (and in this day and age, who doesn't?) ditch the well water and buy their distilled water. It's around a dollar per gallon and it's perfect to use for making saltwater. I've been using it for years.
