Why dino x results so mixed?

Is there any rhyme or reason as to why some people seem to have great success and others disastrous results?

Because there is more than one type of dino and the treatment doesn't work on all of them

Is there any rhyme or reason as to why some people seem to have great success and others disastrous results?

there are different kinds of dinos as well as user error, people dont' follow directions or they miss identified their problem as dinos, different systems so many variables in our tanks that its really difficult to determine sometimes why things work and why they don't.
