Why do I keep growing this B.s. Purple algae!!

I keep getting this purple algae stuff on my sand bed i cleaned all the algae out but eventually it came back. I cleaned out the whole sand in the tank and put new sand but it came back after a month just cleaned out pretty much all the purple algae today but how can i avoid it coming back this time? I also noticed small purple circle spots On the very bottom of tank and on very low sides of the glass tank

Get a test kit hun. You need one.

Increase flow, increase water changes, decrease feedings, manual removal and wait it out. Do that and you can beat it...
