why do my reefbot tests return undetermined?

my reefbot isn't returning my salifert alk test and are giving me these results (photos below) where it isn't able to determine the result.... what can I do to fix this?

It usually happens when the test kit results are beyond the acceptable limits..extreme values like calcium maybe around 500 or more ..or the magnetic stirrer may have jumped out of the test chamber..

try calibrating the Reefbot too..
