Why do some Zoa's turn themselves inside out.

I have a Zoanthid that has turned itself inside out. Does anyone know why they do that and should I be concerned about it?

Do you mean it looks like an umbrella?

If yes it may be getting to much light
Or
A pest

Yes that's exactly what I'm talking about. Thank you. I do have a shadier place I can put it. If that doesn't work I will be dipping it.
