Why does this keep growing on my corals?

My corals are all growing and seem healthy, however many of them have this hair like algae growing from their heads. It’s brown and I can pluck it off. How can I prevent this from growing?

parameters are all standard and tank is 3 months old.

Can anyone let me know what this is? I have been fighting this and can't seem to get ahead of it I measured my Phosphates on Saturday and they were 0.02ppm, Alk was around 10. Ca and Mg usually stay right around 400/1280 I am running a UV sterilizer at an algae-killing flow rate. I have not...
