Curious why Neptune has changed the reagent replacement process? Do I you really need to test Alk/Calc/Mag 3 times before calibrating after replacing reagents?

Just replaced my reagents and Trident gave me same numbers as before replacement. Why go through all those extra steps if I’m getting same readings?

From what I've heard, there have been problems with Trident. I'd do what they recommend.
