Why have I got GHA

My phosphates are around 0.03 or lower and nitrate is at 10ppm why have I got green hair algae appearing all over rocks it’s only a light film but it seems to be growing it’s wouldn’t be holding much nutrient at this time so I think the test kit is fairly accurate and if it was silicates wouldn’t that show as TDS in my rodi water?
