So I have been dosing coral colors by Red sea for a couple months. I think I have seen a difference but not sure. Anywho i am concerned about my iodine levels. I was testing today with the red sea test kit and Iron was 0 which I expected because you have to test iro basically an hour after introducing to get a reading butmy iodine is at .09! but I do not know if i am using th ered sea test kit right? Can someone help me with this test kit. Will the longer my solutipn stay out the more the test becomes potent because I looked at my test results as soon as they were mixed because it looked like the standard was .06 and the vial next to it was .06 I turn my head and then I see .09. Any help appreciated. Also Why am I even doising Iodine besideds it is in the kit and it says to dose equal parts.

I use the Red Sea colors and dose them to my cal intake. I don't use the Red Sea "Colors" test kits.

If you dose to your cal intake like Red Sea says and shows, then your good to go. :)

To me it's like... Continual dosing some the trace elements (in between) water changes that is (already) in Red Sea's (or others) salt mixes.
