I have gotten flagged 2 times recently for asking questions and most recent was
“What is the best method to buy something from a reefer who is states away and the items are $400 and I don't have the funds to Venmo or Paypal them with just faith hoping they send the items and the items are all the right items? What Would You Do?”
And lots pushed me away from it and helped me understand why it was a bad idea. Now today I got a strike or warning for posting that? Don’t understand why I was just wondering what to do and what others have done. This is why R2R is elite, Facebook hurts my brain.

This is why I don’t use Facebook and have never had an account except for Facebook marketplace. It’s usually not monitored and people can just be ruthless on it.

Everyone is implementing AI these days. It may be new AI deployed by Facebook which is still "learning".

Why not ask Facebook?

I got flagged for saying "run over" in a football discussion and FB algorithms interpreted it as a threat because someone reported it or perhaps those same algorithms fixated on certain words or terms. Why humans still need humans

Because its comprised of haters and people who have trouble with opinions others than their own and it takes one individual to disagree and have you removed

Ha, just like how when you search for something on Google, the first search to come up is a result of AI.

Sounds like a mod from another freshwater forum. Most of these forums are nothing more than stoking peoples own egos I have found. If something is posted against what they do or believe, they will just look to ban.

I have been banned from another forum simply because I didn't agree. And because of the way I stated how large even our largest tanks are compared to the ocean, they decided to twist what I stated saying I was calling the ocean smaller and use it to call me a troll to ban. There was no warnings. Tried to reason with them and they used that to do a permanent band. Needless to say, only forum I ever had issues with ever. Never been banned for anything my entire life lol. This forum has banned many other people for the simple fact they had a different opinion. Including a well known figure in freshwater hobby. Didn't like he had journals data and facts lol. Also seen people banned for asking questions just like yours or not going through hundreds of pages first before asking...

I gave this story to say that when a forum decides to flag something as simple as asking a question like this, it's time to move on. I saw warning signs and the toxic environment before hand. Take it as your sign. I have never had trouble here on Reef2Reef. I may not agree at times but nobody gets shut down for just asking questions and generally it's civil. We are allowed to ask questions, discuss, debate and have new ideas freely.

I understand a bit of topic, but sounds like your better off leaving them alone. If something like theft happens on here, people will care, warn and try to help out and deal with such person. There, if they are not willing to protect members, they are just in it for themselves and more than likely will not assist. Getting a warning if that is all you did, is uncalled for and I would leave them alone.

As someone who played for 13 years this is hilarious LOL
