Why is my corals loosing color?

I tend to think like many others. Colors are reflected to our eyes by pigments in zoanthellae in coral. Pigments absorb light. Too much light makes corals expel zoanthellae to reduce light energy being absorbed by their tissue, resulting in the appearance of less color.

That being said that article has broadening my mind a bit on the subject....thanks.
