Why is my eb8 showing up as an eb4??

In need of help with my Apex..I am just setting this up for the first time. Why is my Eb8 showing up as an eb4?

It’s updated to the latest firmware.

Only thing connected as of right now is a temp prob, brain, controller, and wireless adapter.

Should I do a factory reset on the system?

Any other suggestions before I go to apex support?

Disregard disregard!! Got it figured out!! Only half of the update went through on my system! The update webpages didn’t get successfully updated!!
