not a clear photo, could just be ticked off from a hermit crab or snail. Sometimes mine acts a little weird for 1 or 2 days then goes straight back to normal. How long have you had it?

Are parameters in check and stable?

If all params are in range and stable with no major swings, could be it swallowed something or is just pooping, they also go like this form time to time.

I would personally monitor it closely.
