Why is my Kenya Tree side ways?

Hello,

Im new with soft corals and purchased this Kenya Tree today. It’s been sideways since I put him in my tank. Tank has been running for 2 months and has passed the nitrogen cycle.

Parameters
Alkalinity: 11
Ph: 7.8
Phosphate: 0.2
Calcium: 450
Magnesium: 1300
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate:0
Nitrate: 30

It's still adjusting to the new tank.

Just give it a couple days to a week and it should perk up

To add to this …
For the longest time . I couldn’t keep them alive .
And gave up trying .
Now I believe seeing as I have a Xenia field growing out of control . I would be able to now.

they are weird corals, mine shrinks expands twists and turns all the time. but it never stops growing

Np ! They get to be pretty big and become a pest dropping baby’s but it was a first coral I have a soft spot lol

Not dead if there is still flesh the coral will always come back in my experience, I snip the branches off of the Kenya and they just grow back

They do this if touched, moved or sometimes if wavemakers paused & restarted.
For a bombproof coral they are kind of prone to moodiness.itll get over it & recover soon

Kenya Tree, is listed on YouTube, as the Coral that will grow in a Toilet. The Dandelion, Crabgrass of the Aquarium. I keep pulling out, which makes it spread more.
