Why is my stock Bubbling

My sock is bubbling after after changing a new sock out after two hours So how can I fix the problem should I add bacteria to my tank

Do you mean your filter sock is bubbling as in the air is coming out of the material or do you mean your sump is bubbling?

It is coming from the marine tank down to my sock and just starts bubbling a lot and my sock is partially dirty when I just change it out after one day fully black

Did you bleach the sock when you washed it? Did you use any detergent to wash it?

Splashless bleach, which is what most bleach today is, contains a chemical similar to dish soap to create surface tension and thus render the bleach "Splashless" Unfortunately, the residue from this is difficult to remove completely. This can often lead to foaming when the sock is reintroduced into the system.

Take the socks out and run them through the washer on HOT with NO detergent or bleach, then air dry.

That should solve your problem.
