Why is my torch bubbling up

So I’ve had this strain of torch for over three years and noticed one head started to bubble up on the tips. Very odd and none of my other torches do this. thanks

How are your parameters? Anything changed in the last week? How long has it been like this?

It’s been like this for 3-4 months, my alk moved around a little bit but besides that nothing new. I was wondering if it was low trace elements or something.
