Why is my torch expanding?

I got it about a week and a half ago, had it around middle of tank but to much flow so I moved it to the bottom of my tank with decent flow and it’s been expanding. Is it dieing? Sorry quality sucks, only using iPhone and my clowns wouldn’t let my camera focus

Sorry this is my first torch so I was worried because it wasn’t this big when I got it! Below is a pic within like two days of me getting it, I just didn’t know if something was going wrong because the tentacles are more spread out then they were.
@UCF Alum possibly? The tentacles were a lot closer together but now there pretty spread out

Your first more current torch pic looks better than this one.
 
Do not worry, it’s perfectly normal.
your coral is getting used to the lighting and flow conditions. It generally takes a few days to a week for it to settle in. Like others said if it’s retracted then I might worry.
