Sorry to hear about your tourch. A couple of things, have you added anything new, moved it, started dosing or changed your set up recently? Are you running carbon? Have you seen any fish aggravating it? Personally I would frag off the dying head incase it has infection or disease and dip the remainder of your colony to be safe. If your running carbon take it off line for a bit and see if you see any improvements.

Thx for the quick response, I just started adding selcon to the food, I did move it to from the middle of the tank to the corner just b/c I saw that head retracting and I thought it was getting hit with 2 much flow. I been doing the same thing as far at adding / dosing to the tank from the time I added the torch 5 months ago. I really haven't seen any fish messing with it. I am running carbon, bio pellets, and an algae scrubber. So what u are saying is take the carbon off line see how the torch reacts, if nothing changes cut off affected head? How long should I observe with carbon off, and when I dip can I use coral RX is that good? As you can see in my other vid my other corals are doing good.

I totally forgot i added 2 new acans a week ago but they are doing fine, the thing with my torch might have been staring to happen around then , then when i di my w/c on this past wens i rally noticed it.
