My water is cloudy (and can’t seem to get a good reef safe glass cleaner yet) but not sure why. Relatively new tank that I seeded with turbostart 900 and got cycled quickly that way. I put some vibrant in it to potentially help but nothing after 24hrs. I am running carbon via my manifold as well. Is it an algae bloom or could it be due to dosing two part? I am dosing roughly 25ml of ESV Bionic alk and calc a day as I determine consumption (monitored by a trident). However, my magnesium is lower than I would like at 1260 currently so I dose about 140ml a day of ESV Bionic magnesium to get it to the 1350 range that is like to keep it at. I have been dosing this amount for a couple days and have gotten from it up to my current 1260 from 1240 when I started. Is it this and any precipitation that is causing it?

It could be vibrant or turbostart since bacteria can cause cloudiness. Assuming you are not carbon dosing (nopox, vodka, vinegar, etc.), it will go away. Just point your wavemakers up towards the surface to get some oxygen in the tank.

No carbon dosing here. I run MP40s so get good surface agitation especially during the night time nutrient export run after feeding. Gets a nice wave motion going plus my Quantum 160 adds a lot of air.
