Is there a common reason why my bicolor blenny has a gray eye today?

looks normal, photo is blurry though so its hard to sat

did the color change or get blurry/cloudy?

Any param swings or weird behaviors?

is it eating well, or housed with anything agressive?

I can't tell if that is a blurry picture or cloudy eye

I agree with Vett, I would run some test, new activated carbon and maybe even a water change.
