Why my PD turn so dark ?

Any idea why my Purple Death polyps turn so dark ? Used to be real purple before.
Is it Stress ? What should I do to get the purple color back ?

They brown out in high light usually. Try a lower lighting area

I agree. Mine were going the same way till I placed them lower from the light. Shouldn't take long for them to change back to purple. Keep them in some light, at least some actinic, not completely out of the light or they may try to stretch. Just experiment a bit moving them around every couple weeks or so.
I myself am having trouble with a couple PPE frags. They don't seem to color to well anywhere under MH in my tank.
